Seed and Light International (SLI) provides help to people in need around the world. Help that restores hope and dignity. SLI endeavors to fulfill this vision primarily through the means of sustainable gardening programs and alternative technologies.

People in Need - Every night over one billion people go to bed hungry. Many are victims of poverty, war, and natural disaster. SLI reaches out to them in the following ways:

• Villages,
• Orphanages,
• Community Development,
• Prisons,
• Schools, and
• Refugees

Help, Hope & Dignity - The plight of many of the word's poor has reduced them to a miserable state of hopelessness, despair and dependency.  SLI works to help people break out of this destructive pattern of life through creative lifetime solutions and not just short-term relief.  SLI programs and project encourage community self-sufficiency and restore hope and dignity.
